Hot Spinach Hors-d’oeuvres

4—10oz. Pkgs. Chopped Spinach
4 c. Pepperide Farm Herb Dressing
2 Lg. Onions, chopped finely
8 Eggs
1 c. Parmesan Cheese
1 1/2 c. Butter
1 T. Thyme
1/4 t. Garlic, minced
Salt and Pepper

Cook and drain spinach.  Mix everything together. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Shape into balls like meatballs.  Bake on cookie sheet for 30 minutes @ 300 degrees.
